5 years ago in July my dad had just done his best time in the Manchester Marathon then suddenly was diagnosed with MND. After the cruelest 17 months he died still passionate for life with an unstoppable spirit. 3 years on its time for me to face up to this condition and begin fundraising for research, treatments, better management to aid quality of life and the ultimate goal of a cure.
